Kerala Panchakarma Retreat · 2026
Come home to yourself in Kerala
Join me for a traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma retreat in Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda. Doctor-guided treatments, daily yoga and breath, nourishing meals and gentle adventures, all thoughtfully planned so you can simply arrive, rest and heal.
The Experience
What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma means "five actions". It is Ayurveda's most profound cleansing and rejuvenation therapy, a series of gentle, personalized treatments that release deep-seated toxins, calm the nervous system and restore your natural balance.
Kerala, with its lush greenery, healing herbs and generations of Ayurvedic doctors, is the most authentic place in the world to experience it. This is the very journey that changed my own life, and I can't wait to share it with you.
